• Full-time Resident Manager individual or team for a 60 unit property in the SW Portland/Beaverton area.
• Part-time Maintenance Technicians for properties in SW Portland/Beaverton & Lake Oswego area.
• Full-time Landscaping Crew Member based out of the corporate office

Resident Managers
We are always looking for exceptional individuals or teams to manage our communities on-site. Our communities range from 14 to 126 units. Responsibilities include but not limited to marketing & leasing apartments, rent collection, light bookkeeping, bank deposits, contract & policy enforcement, maintain curb appeal, light cleaning and manage turnover & maintenance requests. Previous residential management experience preferred. Knowledge of maintenance and/or landscaping a plus. Benefits include group health and dental insurance, vacation & sick times, company supported IRA, flex health savings plan, and excellent bonus program.

Assistant Managers
We are accepting applications for on-site weekend assistant managers. Responsibilities include but not limited to leasing apartments, assisting with resident inquires and maintain curb appeal.

Maintenance Technicians
We are accepting applications for people with multi-talented skills in property maintenance, for both on and off site positions. Responsibilities include but not limited to are grounds glean up, turnover of vacant apartments, pool/spa maintenance and cleaning, maintenance requests ( i.e. plumbing, light electrical, drywall repair, carpentry, masonry and laminate repairs) and assisting resident manager with leasing as needed. Landscapers
Our Landscaping Company is accepting applications for crew members to join our team. At least one year of experience in the Landscaping industry is preferred. Responsibilities include but not limited to lawn & foliage care, exterior repairs, gutter cleaning and irrigation maintenance. Applicant must have current valid driver’s license and driving record that would allow you to be insured by our company insurance. Bilingual preferred. Pesticide applicator license a plus.
