Tempo West Apartments boast some of the largest apartment homes in the Portland area. Three bedroom units range from 1300 square feet to 1800 square feet. The largest units have a full basement and an enclosed laundry room. Tempo even has four bedroom units that include a full deck and two full bathrooms. These apartments have been well maintained by a private owner operator for many years. The project is within one mile from our Portland office and wil benefit from our hands on management and in house leaseing efforts.

The apartment project has sixteen large (710) square feet one bedroom units with a full size kitchen and a private deck. There are eight 1060 square foot two bedroom units that include under unit parking for two vehicles.
