Tigard
Tigard is located in the southwest portion of the Portland, metropolitan
area, in the growing Washington County. The city is situated in the Tualatin
Valley, 80 miles east of the Pacific Ocean and 70 miles west of Mt. Hood,
in the Oregon Cascade Mountains.
Tigard area growth has coincided with the development of Washington County
as a high technology center, and more importantly, an attractive place to
live. This city has five parks within the cities limit, most with biking
and walking trails.
We are a great highway hub access with links to all metro highways, freeways
as well as interstates. Being truly centrally-located, Tigard gives you
access to both the Portland Metro Area; as well as the country settings
of small town within 10 miles of either direction.
